We are excited to announce that we have added St Louis County to the list of who we serve! If you live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in Carlton, Pine or St Louis County you are eligible to become a Northwoods Credit Union member! We've had to turn people away in the past because they were not in our field of membership. Now that we've extended our membership to include St Louis County, we hope to be able to serve more of your family and friends! Kasasa is the first and only collection of bank accounts that actually takes an interest in members by rewarding them for using their account with what interests them most-high interest, cash back, automatic savings or digital downloads from iTunes® or Amazon.com®. Youth Week, April 2015
Youth Week is always one of our favorite weeks of the year here at the Credit Union. This year we had a jungle theme and each child that deposited got some great prizes! They also earned EXTRA points for all those cool prizes on our prize shelf! Be sure to open a youth account for the kids, grandkids, nieces & nephews in your life so they can start learning how to save today!

Shred & Recycle Event
This year marked our 8th Annual Shred Event and our 2nd year recycling appliances and electronics. We were able to shred over 7,500 pounds of paper for our member's and community and we took a large load of appliances and electronics.
We love being able to provide this service to our whole community!
We also collected food and money for the food shelf! Thank you to everyone for your donations!

Kasasa Tunes: you will earn up to an aggregate total of $5.00 (which includes any applicable taxes) in refunds for any iTunes, Amazon.com purchases. In order to be refunded, iTunes, Amazon.com purchases must be made with your Northwoods Credit Union Kasasa Tunes debit card and must post and settle to your account no more than 30 days after the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified ends. ATM Fee Refunds: you will receive reimbursements up to $4.99 (per single transaction) for nationwide ATM fees incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. ATM receipt must be presented within thirty (30) calendar days of transaction for reimbursements of individual ATM fees of $5.00 or higher. When your Kasasa account qualifications are not met all balances in a Kasasa Cash account earns 0.050% APY*; all balances in a Kasasa Saver account earn 0.050% APY. Rewards and ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to the appropriate Kasasa account on the first business day of the following statement cycle. Automatic transfers to Kasasa Saver occur within one business day. This automatic transfer may cause an overdraft to your Kasasa Cash account, if the respective account's balance is less than the transferred amount when transfer occurs. *When linked to the Kasasa Saver account, the dividends earned within the Kasasa Cash account does not compound since it is automatically transferred to the Kasasa Saver account.
