Reuters: Companies rush to Iran as sanctions are lifted
(Reuters) - Major international companies are rushing to establish a position in Iran as the Islamic Republic re-opens for business after the lifting of international sanctions.
Up for grabs is access to a market with 80 million people and annual output of some $400 billion, making Iran the biggest economy to rejoin the global trading system since the Soviet Union broke up over two decades ago.
Some foreign companies will remain wary of investing in the country, however, because of concern that the sanctions could "snap back" if Tehran is later found not to be complying with the nuclear agreement.

China Orders Foreign Banks To Hold Yuan
From next week overseas banks in China will be subject to similar rules as domestic lenders, as the country tries to stabilise the yuan (AFP Photo/STR)
China will require foreign financial institutions in the country to hold yuan in reserve, the central bank said Monday as it seeks to stabilise the currency, which has been hit by capital flight.

This news letter will be yet another one filled with Golden Nuggets for you to digest. Many keep asking me what the holdup is and I am desperately trying to help you understand there is no hold up. It is just moving slowly and it takes time.
In the final analysis you must always also remember the past and the chaos from the Maliki administration. We all know this was set back. From history we know this RV was approved to go in 2012 and was well on it's way. We know too that even that many members of the Dowa party split off and now take sides with the Abadi as "reformers". Unofficially Abadi resides over this sector of the party.
All I can say to everyone is BE PATIENT! Iraq will get its currency online again (international) and today I will show you why I believe this is coming much sooner than later.

China steps up efforts to stabilize yuan, stocks still fragile

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - China stepped up efforts to curb bets against its currency and reassure skeptical investors, as its central bank set another firm fix for the yuan on Tuesday backed by what dealers said was aggressive yuan buying offshore.
Ebbing confidence in China's policymaking has fueled investors' retreat from the slowing economy, and expectations that the currency will fall further has widened the gap between the tightly managed onshore yuan and the Hong Kong-based offshore rate.
The yuan has depreciated more than one percent since the start of the year, having lost 4.7 percent against the dollar last year, and the accelerated slide had raised uncertainty over China's intentions regarding the exchange rate.

Northern Gulf is now showing true signs of life, mostly cargo, but tankers are taking position. Goods are moving. That's a nice feeling.
