TLAR: I for one want to see blue (blueyesinLevis) involved as I want to see all of you involved. He is a tireless searcher and brings much to this discussion as do all of you.. We all have opinions.

This has been a long term frustrating investment for many, but it is just an investment. It will come to an end soon enough. Everybody will be celebrating.

Everybody will not remember who said what in fact most of us will not ever hear from each other again. So in the mean time lets be kind to each other. Believe it or not everyone of us plays a part in this.

Why, because we are all here together spending time together. Those of you that go negative from time to time as we all do and have done, need to step away and come back when your spirits are up..

Under the terms of the agreement, ISX will replace its existing NASDAQ OMX platform (Horizon) with one powered by the renowned X-stream technology. The upgrade is expected to be rolled out by mid-year 2014.

Frank I don't quite understand about the language law. 90 days is up on May 24.
Do they have from 1 to 90 days to implement?
or do they have to wait exactly 90 days to implement?
or do they have to wait a minimum of 90 days to implement?

Jim1126: Shade, The law was passed in February, but published with a rider that it would take full effect in 90 days.....
The law make it legal to have the Kurdish language on signs, documents and their money.
Since it takes full effect on May 24th, it paves the way for the use of the LDs, and, more importantly, the rate that will give them life. (usability) Hope this helps

Another portion of Wei Ting's story above is, the contractor relative told family (sometime earlier) that when all was done, and when the RV happened.... he would home. He just arrived home this past week-end.

My brother sent a friend to Wells Fargo Saturday in Arizona to buy dong he told them to ask for VND the banker came over to help and said to her it's really called VND for now that the government won't let them use VND until next week then they will exchange them

I understand that gold has been the basis for the funding of a large portion of the WGS release and the asset backed currencies.

Gold has been moving geographical locations quite a bit over the last year or so as countries have attempted to accumulate gold reserves and citizens of various countries (especially Asian countries) have been purchasing gold.

Yet the price of gold has decreased substantially over the last year and a half and (more to the point) what I perceive to be fairly constant buying pressure over particularly the last 6 months or so has not resulted in a substantial increase in gold prices.

[MarkZ] I have missed everyone at the castle. I have even missed Digs who keeps us all honest. :) It has been a tough month for me losing a dear friend and we finally spread his ashes yesterday. Now I am back in the saddle, even if I am a bit behind. Bear with me before too many questions start rolling....

[MarkZ] Ok before you all ask where we are..... The bond end of this is humming in anticipation for mid week, the banking end of it started quietly preparing for mid week this week. We have news from the sand pile that they are indeed ready to exchange and we have an unconfirmed report that the Kurdistan region started yesterday. Now with that said......

[MarkZ] We are not 100% sure where we are! We know we are close and I have confirmed that some of our chinese connections were indeed unhappy with Lew's preposed speach.

-The last couple of articles are such a breath of fresh air after the political soap drama has been brought to the forefront once again with all the hoopla surrounding the election process.

-Rec Veh made a statement before he posted one of his articles. A statement we are all too familiar with but it is a good reminder. Not sure this was his exact words but I think I am close when he said "LOVE THE BIG PICTURE STUFF" hope I didn't misquote him.

-Iraq is well aware of the millions of dollars they are losing each and everyday. Try and not let their twist on the articles pull you down. Remember they want to paint over and divert your attention away from what they are really doing.
