GM will Invest $127 Million in Bedford Plant
General Motors is making another major investment in Indiana. The automaker will invest more than $127 million in its Bedford Casting Operations plant and create around 127 jobs. GM says the expansion involves production of new aluminum engine blocks and components. The Bedford plant currently employs approximately 700 and makes parts used in Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles.
