We hope to see you at our second Cooking Demo on Wednesday, September 10th! This time, we will be featuring some of our all time favorite fall dishes! We have an excellent line up with some of our favorite Tailgating recipes, as well as delicious appetizers for all of your fall football parties. Chef Comella set the standard for the Cleveland Clambake in 1944. Chef Comella's Original Clambake was designed to allow people to enjoy great food, family and friends while taking in the romance of the fall season. The Eastern coastlines are filled with clams in the late summer. The clams are full of meat and provide a bountiful taste of the sea along with fresh Ohio sweet corn, plump fresh chicken halves and beautiful Louisiana sweet potatoes.
