The Liaison Committee (4 ECAS members and staff) meets quarterly with the Inspections Branch of Sask Power,  Licensing (Building Standards Department Ministry of Government  Relations) Apprenticeship and the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies. ECAS members represent you to address concerns, and changes or interpretations that affect contractors.  Topics discussed included: code updates, restricted licenses, bonding, new entry level training programs and specific issues that affect contractors.  If you have items, concerns or ideas for the committee, please forward to our office. The next meting is schedule for early December, please forward your items prior to Nov 25th.  We will add them to the agenda and report back directly to the sender and via the newsletter to all members.   Minutes from  all past meetings and the recent meeting on October 14, 2014 are posted on our website (members only section).
