We select from five hillside vineyards surrounding the city of Aix en Provence. Fermentation is in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Lees are stirred during and after fermentation to add some body.

Every year I look for a Rose to feature that I believe over delivers on taste and value. For the third year in a row I have selected the Bieler Rose from Coteaux d' Aix-en-Provence. A blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon this wine has hints of strawberry and watermelon with a clean, crisp finish.
