Message from the Superintendent
Driver at Hamilton
Dear MPS community members,

It's the season of giving, being thankful and spending time with loved ones. As I reflect on the year, I am grateful for the many examples of our students, staff and community members who are working to lift up others.

Ronald Reagan College Preparatory High School senior Julia Brunson and her teacher Margaret Holtgrieve embarked on a remarkable adventure that took them to Washington, D.C. and Normandy, France. They participated in a project that allowed them to study and then memorialize a Milwaukeean who made the ultimate sacrifice during WWII. Julia and Margaret were one of only 14 teams selected nationwide for this honor. Please take a moment to discover what they learned about Staff Sgt. Eugene Mlot, a local hero who - thanks to their efforts - will never be forgotten.  Read more.
