Fight Hunger, Spark Change for Provisions!
WalMart is sponsoring an online contest called Fight Hunger, Spark Change that will award monetary prizes to food banks across the nation. The San Antonio Food Bank is a contestant for votes, and if they win, they have selected Provisions as one of their partner agencies with whom they will share the winnings. So, a vote for SAFB is also a vote for Provisions!
Please participate by visiting the website and voting DAILY for the San Antonio Food Bank. Voting continues through October 5th

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and type in "Texas," then look for the SAFB and click on "Vote." (Please look carefully at the names of the food banks because a few of the other logos look similar to the SAFB, with apples or tomatoes in the image.) Also, be sure to share the link and ask your friends to vote too.
Thank you, everyone!

Electronics E-Cycle Waste Drive

If you have any old/broken cell phones, computers, routers, dvrs, cordless phones, televisions (25" or smaller), anything with a motor in it (ceiling fans), and other electronic waste, etc. that is just taking up space in your drawers, closets and garages, drop it off here at the center, let the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center help you recycle these and earn money for the center.

George from A to Z Helpers
is facilitating this fundraiser.

For example: Old cell phones are worth about .50 cents or more each, computer towers, between $4-$6 each (depending on what they are), displays $2-$3, etc.

Help raise funds for the center while de-cluttering your space.

Contact the BSB Activity Center for more information at 830-438-3111.
