Exciting new material! It's been a while since our last newsletter and there have been many changes - a new website published and lots of interesting new material written, some of which is featured below. I hope you enjoy reading it. We aim to produce a monthly newsletter so look out for the next edition at the beginning of August.

 

I have written a series of articles which follow on from the Understanding Yourself weekends which will gradually be added to the website. Click the picture to read the first article - 'Changing family patterns'. 

How often have you heard someone say 'I don't want to turn out like my mum' or 'He is so like his dad!'? This article explores how we can take all that was good from our upbringing yet leave behind the patterns that damage us.

It has been completely redesigned and updated and new material is being added regularly. Over time our aim is to develop it into a comprehensive knowledge base. We welcome any feedback or comments on the material - please use the contact page or any of the blogs on the site.
