TOGETHER.
CULTIVATING AND ADVANCING LEADERS.

Over the past couple of weeks, you should have received materials inviting you to subscribe to Level 1: Beginning the Journey to Becoming a Transformational Leader - the first of four subsequent leadership development offerings for ABFE members. Level 1 participants will be introduced to key practices that will help develop their leadership profile through:
  • Reading assignments;
  • Racial equity framing exercises designed to sharpen communications skills, relieve workplace anxiety, and build confidence;
  • Instructor-guided discussions covering a variety of leadership topics; and
  • Review of different resources that form the foundation for becoming an effective self-advocate and leader.
