Dance Technique Workshop |The Power Behind Your Movement
Join u s on Saturday January 30th for a 90 minute dance technique workshop where praise dancers will learn ballet and modern technique to help enhance flexibility, balance and core muscle strength needed to minister dances with excellence. Class will also focus on across the floor combinations and a short contemporary praise dance routine.
