 Several times this month the notion that there is a difference between who we are as a person and our persona has grabbed my attention.
I started writing about this, led a meditation on person vs. persona and have discussed it with my clients as well. When who we are a person is aligned with the persona we show and others see then we enjoy our lives and our work. When there is a significant difference between the two, the more unhappy, frustrated and invalidated we seem to be. Read more.

Meditation: Who Am I? There is a difference between the person that we are the persona we put out for others to see. Try this meditation to begin to align with who you are.
Sit in a quiet and comfortable place.
Close your eyes.
 Take deep breaths, release & relax. Bring all your attention into the moment.
Bring your attention onto yourself.
Release and let go of everything and everyone on your mind or in your space.
Now meditate on yourself.
Go within and ask: Who am I? Then listen and get to know.
