Season's greetings from WIT to you! We hope you had been reveling in the (rather unseasonably) warm weather recently in between shopping for WIT, signing up for Adopt-A-Family, and calling PA legislators to pass the budget. In the meantime, here are a few WIT updates.
WIT at Center City's Ten Thousand Villages
Shopping for WIT at Ten Thousand Villages
We saw a fabulous turnout at the three Ten Thousand Villages (Center City, Chestnut Hill, and Exton) shops that participated in this year's Charity Shopping event to benefit WIT!
Thank you to the members of our board and of our Survivors Network for greeting shoppers and introducing them to WIT!
Adopt-A-Family 2015
Adopt-A-Family is underway

Thank you to all our Adopt-A-Family donors. We're currently hard at work preparing gift bags for our matched clients - but here's a sneak peek!
Congratulations on a successful training!

WIT has just completed a 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate Training for four trainees on the LifeLine. Through a combination of online modules and guest speakers, trainees learned about the cycles of domestic violence, the systems that women must navigate on their path to safety and sobriety, and how to be effective advocates for Survivors.

Congratulations to our newest volunteers!
