Business Education Updates
|
Results of our Business Education Survey have come in and we are making some adjustments to our workshops based on your feedback. We appreciate those that took the time to complete them, so that we can make the Business Education Programs even better and more relevant to you!
You'll be pleased to know that some of the topics that many of you indicated that you'd like to see WILL BE part of the 2016 Business Education Program.
- Networking will be covered in two workshops in February and March (look for special package pricing to come). The first one being a part of our new Growth Wheel Workshop Series, sponsored by TD Bank Charitable Foundation, will cover the process of Customer Acquisition (Networking & Pipeline), and the second will include a panel of networking experts.
- The Growth Wheel Workshop Series will address each of the four key areas of running a business: Business Concept, Customer Relations, Operations and Organization.
- We will start in January with a FREE Growth Wheel Orientation Session that will help you develop a 360 degree assessment of your business, and some action plans.
- Quarterly starting in February, we will offer a workshop focusing on 1 or 2 focus areas, from one of the 4 Growth Wheel quadrants. These workshops will provide frameworks of the concepts, interactive exercises to identify opportunities and you will leave with your own Action Plans.
- The next month, after you have had a chance to put your action plan into practice, we will follow-up with one of our traditional workshops, either
(Customer Acquisition: Networking & Pipeline), Hiring (HR)
, Strategic Planning, Small Business Management
