Fresh Expressions Free Registrations Available!
|
Leland is co-sponsoring the national gathering of "Fresh Expressions," evangelical leaders from many denominations who will meet to discuss and plan for new ways for churches to effectively reach and disciple believers. The meeting will be held this Friday and Saturday, March 28 and 29, at First Baptist Church of Alexandria, and will be similar to last year's Missio-Alliance meeting which Leland also co-sponsored. This year's speakers include Alan Roxburgh, Anglican Bishop Graham Cray, Cherith Fee Nordling, and Don Coleman, all of whom will explore ways in which "Fresh Expressions" churches can connect with people in today's changing culture. Leland students and friends can register for free by contacting Lindsey Perez or calling 703-812-4757 x200. Available registrations will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Visit the Fresh Expressions website for more information on this exciting gathering.
