The St. Louis Chapter of ISPI is proud to bring you renown thought leader Jack Phillips from the ROI Institute as he discussed the Bottomline on ROI in a half day seminar. More than 5,000 organizations in 60 countries have implemented the ROI Methodology. Over 30,000 professionals have attended his workshops. Join us Oct 3rd at the Heights.

This workshop introduces the concept of ROI, the fastest growing metric for evaluating learning and performance improvement. Participants are exposed to the ROI Methodology, which includes developing objectives, collecting data, isolating the effects of the program, converting data to monetary values, tabulating appropriate program costs, and calculating the ROI.
