Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce that Ang�line Duffour has joined the firm as a partner in its Paris office. Ms. Duffour represents clients across a diverse range of industries in all aspects of employment and labor law, including the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, collective agreements, and wage and incentive plans; representing companies in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring; and advising on corporate policy. She also litigates employment and labor-related disputes and manages relationships with trade unions and personnel representatives with respect to elections, conflicts, and the negotiation of collective agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Duffour was Of Counsel at the Paris office of Dentons (previously Salans).
