This is a shopping night for you to spend a night out with the girls and receive exclusive sales!There will be food and drinks for you all to enjoy that goes along to our "Breakfast at Diva Night" theme. The Tri 101 training program is an introductory course to the world of triathlons by helping beginning participants complete a sprint triathlon in 16 weeks. It will be a complete cross-training program developed to help you finish a 400 meter swim, 7 mile bike ride and a 5K (3.1 miles) run. You must be at least 16 years of age to register.
Program Kickoff: Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports. Training runs: Tuesdays at 6 p.m. starting April 29 at locations around Madison County. Alternate training on select Saturdays or Sundays. Price: $150 Prerequisite: Must be able to walk a mile, swim 25 yards across a pool and access to a bike. |
Running of the Bulls No Boundaries group opens up May 1 Fleet Feet's newest No Boundaries 5K program for the Running of the Bulls' race on Aug. 23 opens up on May 1. No Boundaries is a Walk/Run 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking and running. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 weeks. The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others. Weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Educational clinics cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
