Lesbos Refugee Appeal

From this.....

ManyMany thanks for all the wonderful donations brought in for our Lesbos refugee appeal. From tents, blankets, to clothes and shoes, a great selection - we accumulated 600kilos! of items from the wanted list.

Have to give a special thanks to my dad who drove all the way from Somerset to bring me donations from their village East Coker.

Please pass on our thanks to your family and friends.

More thanks to all who offered their kind help, and to Space Station for donating the boxes.

You raised £2059 which means after shipping we can still send  £1000 towards the whopping food bills. (5000 people arriving daily.)

The  just giving page is still open and accepting donations for another week.

One Second Of Light by Giles Duley

I'm proud to say Giles has had his photographic book of 'untold stories' published and I have signed copies for sale at reception for £30.

It is a collection of stories, of other people's lives, of moments of light captured
from countries such as Sudan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The photographs were taken whilst on assignments both before and after Giles's life changing accident.
