Join SEMAP and Nicole Cormier, of Delicious Living Nutrition, for a fun and educational workshop on eating seasonally and nutritionally!
When: Wednesday, March 5th, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Nicole Cormier, RD, LDN, will provide a nutritionally focused cooking class that emphasizes how to eat farm-fresh in every season. This workshop will provide a seasonal and local food experience that incorporates tips for adding more seasonal foods into your diet for a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. Class participants will receive and taste nutritionally complete recipes and a "What's in Season?" handout.
The class will take place in the commercial kitchen at How on Earth in Mattapoisett.
