The economics of this scenario look like this, using the exchange of a 10,000 IQD Note with a two-tier 2% bank exchange spread as an example:

1. Mr. & Mrs. X get $9,800 credited to their non-interest bearing checking account.

2. Bank Y gets a $10,000 credit to its Federal Reserve account, and by adding the $200 profit to their capital account, allows them to increase their lending cap by $2,000 under the 10% fractional banking model.

3. The Treasury gets $3,500 in estimated taxes in the quarter after the exchange, because Mr. & Mrs. X are now in the rich category and get to enjoy the 35% tax bracket. This lowers the net cost of the IQD exchange to the US financial system to $6,500 USD (i.e. $10,000 out - $3,500 in).

Lojak: The new government will be formed much quicker than the articles suggest. Abadi has already been selling his candidates to parliament.

Issues: Thanks Tlar - great information. My understanding is 27 of the 31 cabinet ministers have been selected and we are waiting on just a few more. Next Tuesday should be a very important and revealing meeting.Three things need to happen before the RV -

1. the Budget was broken down into three parts. the first part has been approved and I belive the second part has had its reading (?) now we are waiting on the third part to be approved.

2. The rest of the cabinet has to be put in place.

3. The humanitarian issues in Iran need to be resolved.

They are moving swiftly on all three so we are definitely in a good window. Bank Kai Moon told them that once these issues are addressed they can have their currency back at the new value.

    To Tilar and Blue Eyes, help-help. I have a couple of questions.

    1. Why were we told to set up a hon-interest bearing account at our local bank for the RV'd dinar?

    2. Is there any value to holding on to the dinar for a longer period of time after RV?

Tlar: The dinar is a currency and as such there is a currency market and investors will invest in it just like they do the yen or any other currency. It is and has been an individual decision as to whether you want to invest.

I have told all my family and friends to take a good hard look at the dinar as a potential investment post RV meaning they might as part of their personal investment strategy, hang on to some. I have suggested that the RV is not the end, potentially, it is just the beginning.

The reason the RV was stopped the other night is because one country didn't follow through on the button push. That country - IRAQ, and not for what we have been told.

Excuses we were told that are not true or not entirely true:

1.Maliki - he is messing things up and he won't step down - PARTIALLY TRUE

2.We are waiting on the announcement of PM then the RV will happen simultaneously - NOT TRUE

3.US is waiting for the formation of new government and stability before the UST will push the button and release the RV - PARTIALLY TRUE

All central banks have been integrated globally with the new banking system, and the digital TRN's (USN's) should be available soon. The BRICS infrastructure is now LIVE as well.

Global arrests are taking place daily and LIVE rates are showing up WORLD WIDE. International currency holders should start checking their banking resources "minute by minute" as the rate "ROLLS OUT" from EAST to WEST.
