Toner made in Switzerland. The Prime Technology toner facility is known for its long reputation of high quality positively charged toners that exceeds OEM standards. Very stable and high density. All our Brother tonerpowder are Swiss made.
Plastic parts designed in Holland. We design our own plastics for Brother recycling that is right fit for European remanufacturing standards. To cover the protected name Brother, we offer many different logo covers. And 15 different reset levers to convert abundant starter cartridges to normal or high capacity producs. All made with the intention to recycle with respect. And with Dutch design, its guarenteed a smart choice.
Rollers, blades and chips are made in partnership with Korean top quality manufacturers. FREESET is perhaps the most known brand for patented chip resetting, including resetting and new chips for TN1700, TN12. Our developer rollers are from O-Sung Roller Technology, since years a stable roller maker.
We hope you can consider our parts and solutions made for BROTHER recycling, here is an overview:
BROTHER TN1050/DR1075 (HL1111)
This new monochromeprinter was launched in March 2014. Its a compact and low entry laser printer using the TN1050 toner cartridge and the DR1075 drum unit. Our items for recycling can be found here:
BROTHER TN130/135/DR130 (HL4040)
One of the first and still popular color machines that was introduced in the summer of 2007. The older color models, using Fuji-Xerox engines inside (HL2700, HL4000 & HL4200) desperately needed replacement. The HL4040 uses a positively charged CPT (Chemically Processed Toner) toner inside, which is pretty unique, most other toners are using a negatively charged toner. As for recycling the TN130/135 the initial toners were pretty unstable. Today, it is recognised by many that a crushed aftermarket toner provides the most stable remanufactured product. Whats new is that despite the narrow laser beam, we have thin logo covers that do not block the laser beam and still cover up the Brother logo. The OPC is priced at a level than also the drum units are interesting for remanufacturing. Our items for recycling can be found here:
BROTHER TN230/235/DR230 (HL3040)
After the HL4040, the more compact HL3040 was introduced in 2009. The toner is the same as for TN130/135. Despite the narrow laser beam, we have thin logo covers for TN230/235 too, that do not block the laser beam. The OPC is priced at a level than also the drum units are interesting for remanufacturing. Our items for recycling can be found here:
Brother TN320/325 & DR320 (HL4150)
The HL4150 was introduced in 2010. Its faster and bigger than the previous models, but still uses a positively charged CPT, however the toner is different than TN135/235. The toner still a positively charged toner type. Despite the narrow laser beam, we have thin logo covers that do not block the laser beam. The OPC is priced at a level that also the drum units are interesting for remanufacturing. Our items for recycling can be found here:
Brother TN241/245 & DR241 (HL3140)
The HL3140 and the MFC9140/9330/9340 multifucntionals have been introduced in March 2013. These printers are basically smaller versions of the HL4150 and using the same toner inside. Also for the recycling of tonerunits we offer a thin logo cover also. Full sets for recycling can be found here:
Brother TN321/326/329 (HL L8250/L9200)
a first look
The L8250 and L9200 are brand new printers and are just one month in the European market (May 2014). At this stage it is not clear yet, what parts for recycling we are going to offer. We wanted you to be aware of these new line of Brother printers! The toner units come in TN321KCMY (2.5K/1.5K), TN326KCMY (4K/3.5K) and TN329KCMY (6K). At this stage it appears the TN900 for the L9200 are very similar to the TN329's. Drums units for the L8250 are DR321, however for the L9200 they are remarkably DR320 (same as HL4150). This does show that likely our TN320/325/241/245 toner may work in these new line up of printers. We will test and let you know!
Kyocera TK3100, TK3110, TK3130
warning
Please note there are new printers on the market that cause chip errors, regardless the source of chips. Serial Numbers starting with a V in the prefix of the printer S/N# will not allow any chip to work! Its not firmware related, our chips are firmware compliant. Printers with these V in the S/N# have a double communication platform to the chip. We are working on the clock to get our chips work for these new V line of printers too. Our recommendation is either to inform customers on these new V series or temporarely not to use chips on the cartridge. We will inform you ASAP when our upgraded chips are available!
