This 4-week Yoga 101 series will introduce the fundamentals of yoga to new students (& seasoned students who may want a refresher!). Appropriate for any age, level, or body, this series is designed to give the beginner yogi a taste of the many elements of a yoga practice. This series can also be a great stepping stone for those who might be nervous about attending a regular class.

Good yoga and good food are two facets of Max's commitment to live his life making every second count.  He will be heating up the studio with his FIRE themed class this weekend!  He promises lots of twisting, back bending, and breathing like a lion!  Spicy homemade food will round out the session!

In this workshop you will be given and introduction to the many aspects that encompass the holistic science of Traditional Tantra Yoga - both its philosophy and its many practical applications. You will then be guided through your own experience of it as we flow through an ancient sequence designed to bring balance to the three doshas (the pillars of health according to Ayurvedic medicine).
