This workshop will focus on the state investment and partnerships needed to achieve California's 75 percent recycling goal while sustaining CalRecycle's ability to manage the handling of solid waste in California. Staff will present and seek feedback on potential funding mechanisms that support achieving the 75 percent recycling goal and provide sustainable funding as disposal fee revenue decreases.
