FRESH SUN SHRIMP
Product of Florida, Head on, 16-20 ct.

 

Fresh from the waters of Florida comes our 16-20 ct. Sun Shrimp.  At harvest, the shrimp are immediately dipped in an ice slurry that will quickly preserve them. They arrive at their packing plant within minutes where they are washed, graded and packed so they can be shipped directly to us within a couple hours after harvest. Sun Shrimp have a firm, crispy texture and exhibit no odor whatsoever. The shrimp are all natural with no chemicals, antibiotics or preservatives used. 

OPAH TOP LOINS

Opah has a rich, creamy, full flavored taste with a firm, fatty texture. The loin has a distinctive flavor, very sweet and tender, also the easiest part of the fish to handle. Opah can be compared between tuna and swordfish, also a steak fish as well.  The opah's flesh is rich with healthy oils, and is great grilled, broiled, sauteed, raw, or smoked and ideal for Poke, Sushi, and Sashimi!

Opah fish do not swim in schools, so this is not one that is caught in abundance. Most Opah are caught from the Hawaiian waters, although it can be found worldwide in the tropical waters.
FANCY LARGE POLLOCK

Once over fished in 1994, the fishery went under strict harvest restrictions, decreasing catch and rapidly increasing the stocks. Pollock are managed along with other bottom-dwelling species such as cod, haddock, and several flounder species under the umbrella of the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan. Atlantic Pollock has a light, flaky white flesh and is excellent for non seafood lovers. This fish is very mild and sweet in flavor, and has a lean, delicate meat with a large, easy to eat flake. 

LOCAL LAKE ERIE WALLEYE
Medium and Jumbo Fillets

 

Hoping for some reasonable weather and good fishing conditions, we have been seeing excellent product off of our Local Lake Erie.  The lake season truly opens in early May with good supply of our favored Walleye and Lake Perch predicted.

We just received a fresh shipment of  Whole Jumbo and Medium Walleye. Expect a clean white meat with a small flake and excellent, sweet flavor. Walleye is adaptable to just about any cooking method, including sauteed, broiled, baked, pan fried & smoked.

FRESH CHILEAN SEA BASS

An extra special treat, just in time for your weekend menu: Fresh Chilean Sea Bass! This fish has never been frozen, which is uncommon with standard Chilean Sea Bass sold on the market. Chilean Sea Bass has a high fat content with rich, moist meat and a buttery flavor that melts in your mouth. Cooking methods include baked, broiled, pan fried, grilled, or roasted.
