When Does the Chamber Meet in July?

Dear Chamber Members,

I am writing today to ask for your help. As you know our Taste of the Hills Gala is coming up on October 18th. The theme this year is "Passport to the Hill Country". What a great theme for where we live. We would like to offer some fun places and activities in our beautiful Texas Hill Country as silent and live auction items at this year's Gala.

We have been brainstorming on what local and State attractions we would like to offer and promote to our Chamber members/guests at TOTH and we are naming this list our "Texas Travel Wish List". We have already secured the following:

2 Tickets on SW Airlines - Compliments of M & S Engineering

10 Tickets to Wurstfest

Texas State Parks Pass - Compliments of Friends of the Guadalupe River State Park

We have already written to Cascade Caverns, Escondida Resort, Gruene Mansion Inn, Natural Bridge Caverns, Rio Raft & Resort and The Canyon Lake Gorge. We don't know if they will donate an item or not, but it is a start. If you can think of a place to suggest we contact, please e-mail me at [email protected] and let me know the contact information.

If you or if you know someone who could donate the following,
