Goodbyes

from Megan:
"Dear Agni Community,
Words cannot express how grateful I am to you. Even though my passion for teaching children and families draws me from the studio, I will carry your faces with me always.  Thank you for showing up, for teaching me, for accepting me as I am. Namaste."

from Caressa:
It's been such a pleasure teaching at Agni! I've really enjoyed getting to know the students and staff, but starting in the new year, I'll no longer be teaching the Monday and Thursday evening classes. It's a decision that makes the most sense for me and my family right now. Much love and blessings to the kind-hearted Agni community and best wishes in the new year!

Welcome back Channon
Channon has been practicing yoga on and off since 1998.  During which time she was also establishing a career in Stenography.  Life was overwhelming at times, as commitments were extremely demanding and time management was difficult.  Fortunately, yoga helped her breath and center through many of those stressful situations.
In December 2000, she was involved in a severe snow skiing accident.  As a result she lives with daily pain.  For a short while she
forgot how yoga was the answer to curing her ailments, but has now come to the realization that she cannot live without it!  Yoga is not only good for your body, but also for your mind and spirit.
She completed her "Yoga Teacher Training" at "T.R.Y. 4 Life" in February 2012.  She continues her yoga education through attendance of new classes and workshops.   There is a lifetime of learning out there for anyone!

Tuesday Jan. 5th  Free vinyasa class at 7:15pm

Channon will be teaching Tuesdays 7:15pm vinyasa classes
