David Plouffe is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), David is currently located in North Bay, Ontario with a SMB focus. He has also worked in industries including: health care, family run businesses, software, technology and start up clients. David teaches, and has developed courses, for Nipissing University - School of Business. David earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, attended the Kellogg Management School specializing in venturing and negotiation strategies as well as the Cambridge Centre for Behavioral Studies taking courses in executive management and decision-making.
David has served as President, Policy Management Systems Canada Ltd., increasing revenues by 100%, rebuilding the sales and marketing team, leading the organizations' ISO-3001-3 certification, and increasing the overall operational efficiency of the group. He was recruited as a Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers to join the Global Risk Management Service practice to provide information technology (IT) advisory services to clients. David has also served as Principal - Atticus Interim Management identifying, evaluating, selecting and deploying pragmatic IT solutions to a diverse client base.
