Utah County Association of REALTORS

Supra Keys are now required for

REALTOR members of UCAR

POLICY CHANGE

In accordance with UCAR's policy and the Supra key lease policy, members may not share Supra keys. To make this easier to follow, the Board of Directors has voted that every member* must lease a key to maintain membership in UCAR.

*UCAR members who practice 100% commercial real estate are not required to have a Supra key

COMPLIANCE PERIOD

Members who do not currently have a key must obtain one with the upcoming dues renewal period, which begins on September 15, 2015.

NON-COMPLIANCE
All members (except commercial) must obtain a Supra key.

Any member caught sharing a key (with another Realtor, non-Realtor, or client) will receive a $500 fine on the first offense, $500 on the second offense, and $500 on the third offense as well as loss of key access. After that point, keys may be rented for $50 per day.
