If you missed the events surrounding Col. Halvorsen, The Berlin Candy Bomber, you missed an amazing story.   And the the British Flyers Remembrance Ceremony on Saturday was a pleasure to be part of.  I cannot tell you how proud I was to be from Miami this weekend.  Kim Horn, Nancy Bro and all the volunteers made this weekend a shining star.  I was moved to tears more than once.  It was fantastic.

Please consider being a bell ringer for the Salvation Army.  You can sign-up on their Facebook page, "Miami OK Bell Ringer" or call Anna Edwards at 918-541-3421 for information.

Do you know anyone who would be interested in growing and selling fruits and vegetables at a local farmers market next summer?  Please give them info in this email.

Have a great week!

Michele

Salvation Army Bell Ringers
Are Needed
Please support the Salvation Army by being a Bell Ringer.  They do a tremendous job helping people throughout the year, but collect most of their revenue during the holiday season.

Make it fun by challenging a friend or fellow business, or ring the bell with a family member.  It's a great way to show children how to donate their time to an organization.

Go to "Miami OK Bell Ringer" on Facebook to sign-up at either Walmart entrance or at Marvin's.
