WALKING THE HEALING PATH, INC
 
John L. Tsosie, founder of Walking the Healing Path, Inc has completed the 104 mile journey to Hopi Nation on October 20, 2015.  Ernest Tsosie Jr. and Kateri Guy also walked the 104 mile beginning from Navajo Nation to Hopi Nation, all to raise Domestic Violence Awareness.  Along the way they presented to Ganado High School and Hopi High.  Please commend John, Ernie and Kateri for their courageous walk to bring awareness to domestic violence in Tribal communities.  Full article will be featured in our Winter newsletter.

Young Women Are Sacred Conference - June 2015
 
The Young Women Are Sacred Conference was held in Ft. Mojave, AZ in June, with coordination by Caroline F. Antone of I:MIG LLC.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, which will be the focus of our upcoming State Conference in April 2016. The agenda will include presentations on: sex trafficking, sexual assault, coordinated community response, domestic violence, jurisdiction, and the responses needed to achieve safety, healing and justice in our communities.
