ARE YOU ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBILE?
What are NCAA core courses?
These are courses from the high school curriculum that have been approved by the NCAA eligibility center.  It is imperative that student-athletes seeking an athletic scholarship at a U.S. college/university have 16 of these core courses.  Grade 9 and 10 courses on the list come from the academic stream, while grade 11 and 12 courses must be 'M' or 'U' level.   It is recommended that S-A's refer to the NCAA core course list to ensure along with their own high school graduation requirements that they also have the 16 core courses.

HAVE YOU RECRUITED COACHES TO WATCH YOU?
GETTING COACHES TO WATCH YOU
One of the biggest mistakes student-athletes make is pinning their hopes on getting noticed by college coaches, and often go unnoticed.

Student-Athletes should give the coaches no choice but to get to know you. Take the initiative, get to know them and market yourself to them as a potential recruit.

Let us help you design a 'Game Plan', that includes athletic portfolio's, game footage, email and phone calls etc.  We can help you develop a target group of coaches that you can successfully market yourself to as a recruit that they should consider.
FINDING THE RIGHT PROGRAM
Did you know that the NCAA, NAIA and   NJCAA have over 3500 U.S universities and colleges that offer athletic scholarships to the tune of more than 3 billion dollars?   Why not try and get some of those dollars.  There is a place for you to play your sport on athletic scholarship while you getting a
post-secondary education.

The 'right fit' athletically and academically is there.  It is important that you do the work to find it!
Student-athletes Game Plan can help you with the process, educate and guide you on finding the 'right fit'.
THE RECRUITING PROCESS
AN ATHLETE'S PERSPECTIVE

The recruiting process is both stressful and incredibly exciting! I found it very helpful to visit and do my own research on the schools who initially pursued me. This allowed me to eliminate schools that didn't have the qualities I was looking for and helped me come up with pertinent questions to ask the coaches of schools I was interested in.      Learn More
