Introducing 'The Master Class Programme" Re introducing Manuka Life clothing!
I don't need to tell you what fantastic teachers we have here at Pilates Plus, but they have even MORE to share with you. From Jan 2016 the master class programme will become a regular feature. Classes will be offered either as a series or one off workshop across a wide range of topics. Studio 117 is the venue and whilst open to everyone our clients will receive preferential prices, whilst Pilates Foundation Friends will get a further 10% discount

Xmas Fair. Sunday Dec 6th, word has it there may be an ice skating ring this year! Pilates Plus will be open, joining the festivities, please come and visit!

Help needed
It's nearly 11pm here in Lesvos. Today has been one of the busiest on record for refugees arriving, and boats still come. The camps are full. Families are sleeping wherever they can. An Afghani father with a baby in his arms asked for somewhere to sleep. When it was explained there was nowhere left and no blankets, he asked 'touch me, am I not human too?' Giles Duley

So I feel compelled to do something. There is a group called The starfish foundation, helping refugees in Lesvos. They have published a list of items that are needed urgently. Pilates Plus is the collection centre. Please spread the word and bring along what you are able too. We will ship what we collect in two weeks time. The list can be downloaded
