This Cuvee is made purely with free run juice from sustainably farmed and hand harvested fruit - then aged on the lees for 2 1/2 years before disgorging.

A fresh, clean Cava with a great nose, solid minerality, elegant mouth feel and a soft fresh lemon finish with very persistent bubbles. Drink slowly it is highly addictive  - YA'Hooo!

 

JJ Vincent Pouilly Fuisse Cuv�e Marie Antoinette 2012

Cuv�e Marie Antoinette is created with a fresh, youthful profile in mind. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tank with only about 25% of the total blend seeing any time in oak. The resulting wine is pleasing, refreshing and crisp on the palate, with youthful layers of acidity, apple, peach and vanilla.

 

Jaboulet Crozes Hermitage 'Les Jalets' 2009
