Happy Saint Patricks Day!

I hope you all have a "wee" bit of green on today and that the Irish love, luck and laughter will touch your
soul at some point today.  

Okay.. super short email.  Below is the sign me ups for a bunch of various events.  Please click on the link below for more details.

It is time to sign up for workouts & events!  If a workout isn't listed here (example: bike rides, runs, etc- there is no need to sign up. Please just show up).    
 
1) Riverwind Swimming  $50 for 8 weeks- starts on March 30.  
2) Boot Camp in the Park-Monday at 9 am free- starts on March 31 
3) Tighten the Toosh- Tues/Thur at 9 am- free- starts on April 1
4) Tempo Tuesdays (timed runs) at 9 am & 6 pm- starts April 1  
5) Queen of the Scale weight loss contest $25 weigh in is on    March 29 and March 30.  Winners keep the moo-lah. 
6) Monthly Lecture Series-free 
7) Volunteer Opportunities within the club  
8) Yoga Dance Party
9) 30% off night at Athleta

Don't forget.. 
1) Tri suits and bathing suits are at Action Wheels to try on- link to order tri suits will be sent out soon  
2)  2014 membership will go up on April 1st to $50  
3)  All workouts will start on Sunday, March 30th.  Please always check our club calendar for details.  
4) March 31st is the deadline to sign up for the wait-list for Queen of the Hill. Queen of the Crest still has spots open.
5) March 31st is the deadline for 2014 sponsorship.
Note: I decided to not do the "Spring Forward" version of My Resolution. It is being replaced by Queen of the Scale.
