SVTC Board Elections
How does it work?  Who's running?

The SVTC's Board of Directors has two groups for governance purposes, called classes. Each class serves a 2-year term ending with elections alternating so that there is always a mix of new and seasoned members on the board. The election of the class II of the SVTC Board of Directors is being conducted in May of this year, and again we are conducting the election electronically.  We will send each member of the SVTC an email containing a link for voting (please note that each email and link is individually generated and can only be used once), using a company called SurveyMonkey. We will identify our members who are eligible to vote as of May 1st. (If you are not a member but would like to be, and would like to vote in the upcoming election, you will need to become one by then). Members should expect this email from SurveyMonkey around May 8, 2014.  Each link will be active until May 21, 2014. Each member, whether individual or corporate, receives one vote per membership. On May 21st we will have our annual meeting and any SVTC member who did not vote electronically can then vote in person.
