Before the talented artists at StencilGirl suggested doing a "blog hop" I had never even heard of one. It seems I'm not alone so let me give you a quick lesson on what's going on here.

Several artists were invited to try out the new Linda Robertson Encaustic Set from Enkaustikos, including my three online lessons that come with the set, then everyone wrote a blog post documenting their experiences. It's amazing all the different ways we used the same materials from the set!

 

This set includes lots of encaustic medium and paint in my favorite colors, 4 brushes, a pot of cleaning wax, an 8 x 10 cradled panel, 3 essential tools, a stencil from StencilGirl, a pastel from PanPastel and three of my online encaustic lessons showing how to use all of the materials together.  

 

Not to worry, the current RobertsonWorkshops site isn't going away but I am working on this new site where you can buy individual lessons for as little as $5 each. I'll give you all the details on that in my next newsletter, but the three new lessons included in my set are available now: Under Painting With Stencils, Adding Wax Through Stencils, and Pastels with Encaustic & Stencils.
