This article is a gentle reminder for all our customers that are Agricultural and Timber producers.  The current ag and timber sales tax exemptions uniformly expire across the state on December 31, 2015. A valid registration number is required by state law to claim sales tax exemption on any products you use to produce agricultural or timber products for sale.
