Video Review: Bachmann HO 44 Tonner & ESU LokSound Select

The 2nd generation Bachmann HO scale 44 tonner is very nicely done. We installed an ESU Select Micro and two SuperSonic speakers for sound. We also added a Lenz Power1 module for stay alive ablity over bad track. This inexpensive model purrs right along over anything you can throw at it. This past month Rapido made a huge announcement that they are going to produce a new line of Canadian prototype steam locomotives in their "Icons of Canadian Steam" series. The historic Royal Hudson will be the first steam locomotive model in the series and will incorporate the same attention to detail for which Rapido has become renowned. They will be available in DC and Sound & DCC versions. Get your pre-order in now to secure your favorite road number.
