This evening users have reported receiving an email from [email protected] with subject 'invoice payment' that has a jar file attachment.

Please, do NOT open the attachment.

The specific email was not send by US Unlocked but by a party posing as such. If you did accidentally open the attachment it is recommended to run a thorough virus scan on your computer. Once you have verified your computer is clean you will need to change all your passwords.

We are currently still investigating the situation but while your email address may have been compromised we are certain that your personal details and US Unlocked Card details are completely secure.

We will send you another email on Monday with our findings as well as guidelines for recognizing legitimate emails sent by us.

We apologize for any confusion receiving the unauthorized email caused.
