Gaspars Construction
  Gaspar's win BIG 50 Remodeler

Every year Remodeling Magazine selects the Top 50 Remodeler's in the country based on their business

practices, financials and other unique qualities.  This year Gaspar's was selected to receive this award and we (Rich and Cathy Gaspar, Sarah Henry, Isaac Gaspar and Paul Lambert) traveled to Washington DC to accept it.

Some of the unique qualities about Gaspar's are that we

have been a family owned and operated company for over 40 years and have successfully transitioned from the founders, Rich and Cathy Gaspar to Sarah Henry (daughter).  Also Gaspar's has 3 divisions, Design, Remodel and Handyman.

Another highlight of our trip

was that Sarah Henry was

asked to participate on an expert panel discussing what it takes to be successful and specifically what is involved in opening a Handyman Division.

Employee Spotlight
     Tess Jordan - Designer

Tess grew up on a farm in Arkansas. Studied Architecture

at the University of Arkansas.

Spent a year studying Architectural History and

started painting in Florence.

After college she focused on developing her art career and within a year was selling her paintings in a local gallery.

Tess has since expanded her art career and is still selling her paintings in galleries. And simultaneously has been working with home owners to design all aspects of their interior spaces and material selections for the past 11 years.

Why do you do what you do?

Because she loves it!  She loves the client interaction and problem solving.  She has a deep appreciation for colors, texture and creating new spaces that are personal and feel as good as a worn leather sofa.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Mountain bike, paint, loves to cook and play with her nieces. She likes exploring the outdoors as well as travel.
