SAI welcomes Payal Narain as Delhi Program Consultant
Payal Narain has joined the SAI team, and will consult on SAI programs in Delhi. Payal's experience ranges from capacity building, education and awareness programmes, business promotion for rural and economically weaker section of society with a focus on women entrepreneurship and skill development. Payal has worked as Project Manager at The Wildlife Protection Society of India on community rehabilitation, and awareness and education, and other wildlife projects. Read more of Payal's bio here.

Alum from Dhaka receives the Harvard Kennedy School Rising Star Award
At the recent Harvard Kennedy School reunion, three graduates were presented with alumni awards, including Ejaj Ahmad MPP 2008 who received the Rising Star Award for founding the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center.
A native of Dhaka, Bangladesh, Ahmad founded Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (bylc), the country's first leadership institute, with the vision of creating an inclusive, tolerant, and just society by training the next generation of home-grown leaders. bylc's international, award-winning program-Building Bridges through Leadership Training (bblt)-was conceptualized at hks. It unites youth from diverse educational and socioeconomic backgrounds, equips them with leadership skills, and engages them in service-oriented projects in local communities to address Bangladesh's most urgent developmental needs.
