Anyone who follows Recaps knows the I am not now nor will I ever be a great source of Intel surrounding our investment no matter what form(s) of currency you hold. I might be worthy of a good story from time to time but I have yet to be a part of anything worthy of mention that had to do with our painfully slow trek towards fulfillment.

I did however read on Caps the other day a posting by one of our own stating that after the RV she/he never wanted to see these words again! I'm sure you read it and like me agreed whole heartedly but that got me thinking.. Which always strikes fear into a few who read me no doubt..

Is this thing for real? Yeah, this dinar RV deal. This entire GCR thing. Is any of this really and truly going to happen? Like, ever?? I'll bet there are quite a few folks asking themselves those very same questions right about now.

Not just family and friends of those afflicted with the RV Disease. Heck, they've had our rubber rooms reserved for us for many years now. It's nothing new to them that this once in a lifetime pipe dream has yet to materialize.

To them it's no surprise whatsoever that we aren't celebrating our new lives as millionaires. Heck no.

They knew from the very beginning that this pie in the sky, too good to be true Ponzi Scheme was just a scam perpetrated by the banks, the ABC Agencies and the self proclaimed behind the screens Gurus.

And so far, they're feelin' pretty good about their predictions.

TLAR: Just a note. I have been sending these emails to my family and friends since 2008. I joined this site because Blue suggested I do so. I hope this clears that up. Oh and I don't know Randy or what he does. I am a poster just like you so read my stuff at you own caution. tlar

Comment - this is the next step in the process. It came out a day or two before it was projected to because of the heat being put on it by the blocks, the US, the UN, the European Union etc. etc. So far 324 MP'S out of 328 have been deemed ratified. The parliament will meet as the next step in the political process.

[tlm724] Committee called for financial and economic affairs experts in the Central Bank of the need to activate the financial trading by linking the Iraqi dinar to a basket of foreign currencies and not rely mainly on the U.S. dollar

100 Marines will protect the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad

Some personnel apparently have been taken out of the US Embassy in Baghdad.....the Marines have arrived as a force of 100 or less to assist in protection and defense of the Embassy if it becomes necessary.

Central deny the transfer of funds to the Green Zone

Seems there has been talk of movement of reserves from the CBI to the Green Zone within Baghdad....but the CBI is saying this just isn't true....their reserves are stashed elsewhere in other central banks around the world.....the CBI notes that all banking operations have ceased with the Basra International Bank.

I'm inclined to believe that such changes are coming, but would like to know why ZAP speaks of them with such certainty. What does he know, and how does he know it?

Many of us are carrying an idea about 'earth changes' that we've picked up by reading things on Internet. Is that also true of ZAP, or does he have better, more authoritative reasons for his believing?
