The Basics
The Revu Basics course will teach attendees how to navigate Revu's interface, including how to use key features and access files with ease.
After finishing the course, attendees will have a better understanding of how Revu can help them improve their workflow.
- Setting up a custom Profile to store menus and display settings.
- Creating PDFs from AutoCAD or Microsoft Office using Revu's plug-ins or the Bluebeam PDF printer.
- Manipulating documents by combining, removing, reordering and replacing pages, and adding headers, footers, page numbers and stamps.
- Searching for text and symbols in multi-page documents and file folders.
- Conducting basic PDF editing actions including editing text, erasing content and using the Snapshot tool to copy and move content.
- Customizing markups and storing them in the Tool Chest for reuse.
- Utilizing the Markups list to track, sort, filter and update the status of markups, create Custom Columns, export information to Excel or create a hyperlinked PDF Summary report.
- Importing markups into a drawing.

Intermediate
The Intermediate course builds upon the Revu Basics course, exposing attendees to more complex features for increased productivity.
After finishing the course, attendees will have a better understanding of the following:
- Calibrating a drawing, taking basic measurements and measuring curved areas using the Arc tool.
- Comparing drawing revisions by using Compare Documents or Overlay Pages.
- Adding hyperlinks to markups and managing them with Links.
- Flattening a PDF.
- Applying basic security permissions to a file.
- Creating and adding digital signatures.
- Creating and editing a form.
- Collaborating in real time with project partners using Revu's cloud-based technology, Bluebeam Studio.
