Nassif calls on the Council of Ministers to follow the legal contexts in converting districts to provinces
[tlm724] so they can become provinces by referendum -- referendum provides the people with a means of expressing their opinion on proposed legislation before it becomes operative as a law
[tlm724] so if the people have a 50% or higher yes vote then it goes to the commission to be implemented -- this is a good thing - these provinces will have their own local gov. and be included in the budget etc..

Emailed to Recaps: If it is a major sting action (which I believe is going on) then there will be a massive disinformation campaign to make the bad guys think that they HAVE gotten away with it. I believe the only thing we can or need to do is to remain calm and let this play out. I don't mean to sound heartless or uncaring because I do care; however, the fact is that anyone who has reached a point at this stage of this process where they are in a panic or are acting out of desperation is there because of bad choices they have made. Ignorance is no excuse. Lack of wise counsel is no excuse. They have chosen to listen to other people who have tickled their ears and told them what they wanted to hear. Like Eve listening to the Serpent, they have chosen to believe what they want to believe.
All we can do is put out a statement that urges people to remain calm and not follow the lemmings over the cliff; but we can't save these people from themselves anymore than we can dispense the justice that instigators and their cronies so richly deserve.
