Hello You Sparkling Creative Beauty!
It's been a rare and beautiful season. Lots of snowy days and cool temps have worked their magic in slowing life down while simultaneously storing up energy for that colorful heady experience we love..... SPRING!!!!!
I have, per my usual, been on the lookout for rare and beautiful things to inspire you with. I'm happy to report a few things have found me so I am more than happy to share them with you:))
Things like short films (7 min) that will probably make your eyes well with tears of JOY, putting a lump in your throat of knowing how important true things are in our lives.
Great quotes from a good book. (Thank you June for gifting me with it:)
Tips on fashion and living from a couple of gals that will inspire you :)
And more.
Honest to goodness, my hope is that you feel so surrounded by love and the magnificence contained within you that you can't wipe the silly grin off of your face today.

Hungry for...
I am always hungry for good food---both the real kind and the kind that feeds the soul:)
June of Ireland gifted me with the book Anam Cara by John O'Donohue for Christmas. Due to some postal mishaps it traveled the ocean a couple of times before landing in my lap in February which was perfect timing!
I have since underlined and hearted and wowed so many places in the book that it's kind of embarrassing;-)
Here are a few appertifs from it for you:
Many of us have made our world so familiar that we do not see it any more. It is an interesting question to ask yourself at night: what did I really see this day?
If you do the work that you do from a loving heart, then you will always be able to make something beautiful.
....our work should be the place where the soul can enjoy becoming visible and present. The rich unknown, reserved and precious within us can emerge into visible form. Our nature longs deeply for the possibility of expression which we call work.

I love teaching because...
I love teaching because of the people I get to meet. Simple as that:)) My life is enriched with every new person that I get to know through what I do.
One student this year had a movie that she thought I should see. She mentioned it to me a couple of times at the workshop and then followed it with an email with the name of the movie mentioned again.
I am so glad she did:)) (Thanks Patricia!)
The movie is I AM by Tom Shadyac.
(Note: If you have Netflix, the movie is available there. If not, Amazon has it and you can find it by clicking here.)

Begin to see with the eye behind the eye
Hear with the ear behind the ear
Feel with the heart behind the heart
So you can see the invisible
Hear the inaudible
Do the impossible
