Relaxation Weekend

We all need moments of deep rest and relaxation.  The last weekend of April, Seaside Yoga Sanctuary has several offerings for you.  Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a profound, conscious state of deep relaxation found through stillness and meditation.  Restorative Yoga nurtures the body and mind from the inside out.  It offers passive & gentle openings in the physical body using props and long held postures; supporting the release of chronic held tension and stress.  Through the senses, essential oils can  soothe and support relaxation & healing.  Whether you take advantage of one or all, we invite you to nourish and replenish yourself through these wonderful practices.

Emotional Healing with Essential Oils -
FREE Talk
Sunday, April 27th 6:00-7:15pm
with Sandy Lotz-Weiner

ESSENTIAL OILS can play a powerful role in Emotional Healing. They support us on our journey as we courageously face our emotional issues. Most of us have repressed emotional trauma. We hold unresolved feelings of pain and hurt which need to be brought to the surface for transformation and healing to take place.
Come join me for an informative TALK on this popular topic. I will explain the Five Stages of Healing and how Essential Oils can aid in the healing process. You will have the opportunity to experience these oils first hand, while I explain how to use them safely and effectively . I will touch on which oils to use for a particular emotion or challenge and how the aromatic use of oils relate to our emotions.
My aim is to bring awareness around the topic of Emotional Healing and to educate about the availability of gentle, safe and natural Essential Oils to support this healing process. Looking forward to seeing you and sharing with you.
