Bank of Canada finds job recovery has been overstated
A new research paper by the Bank finds that the lowering unemployment rate has overestimated the jobs recovery in both Canada and the U.S. It finds that many of the unemployed have been out of work for at least six months and others who would like to work full-time have only able to find part-time employment.
