The Heel and Crank Duathlon
(3-mile run / 13.5-mile bike / 3-mile. run) and the *NEW* Bridge Street Half Marathon (13.1 miles) will be taking place on the same weekend April12-13! See if you can you take on the 32.6 Mile Challenge by competing in both events!   • First Training Run: March 18
  • Goal Race: Mercedes Benz Cotton Row 5K - May 26 at 7 a.m.
  • Training Time Options:

Registration for the 2014 Tri 201 program is open and we're only able to accept the first 50 registrants. secure your spot.  Register here
 The TRI 201 training program is geared toward athletes who are trying to complete their first Olympic distance triathlon or are looking to improve their current Olympic distance training.  The distances are 1500-meter swim, 40K bike and a 10K run.
  • Goal Race: Renaissance Man in Florence July 13. Registration to TRI 201 does not include the race entry. You must register yourself for the race.  Information & registration for the race can be found here.
  • Program Kickoff: March 18 at 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports.
  • Training runs: Mondays at 6 p.m. starting March 24 at locations around Madison County. Alternate training on select Saturdays or Sundays. There will be 1-2 trainings in Florence on the race course.
  • Class Fee: $175
  • Prerequisite:  Tri 101 or completed a sprint triathlon
